Bilal Ambikapathy

Managing Partner

Bilal brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, hotel assets, and cross-border transactions across
Saudi Arabia. He guides investors through the practical realities of entering the Saudi market, where strong
opportunities often come with complex regulatory and operational requirements.
His background includes advisory work for real estate funds,
hotel operators, and investment companies. Managing
large-scale development and hospitality projects showed
him how international investors struggled with critical
details such as strata approvals, owners associations, re-
development permissions, and evolving fund regulations,
especially when unfamiliar with Saudi Arabia's legal
environment.
Bilal has supported high-value acquisitions and negotiations
in Makkah and Madinah, advising on branded
residences, hotel management
agreements, and structuring for long-term investments.
These experiences reinforced how essential clarity,
coordination, and local insight are for investors seeking
secure entry into meaningful locations.
At Ardeenah, he helps clients move from opportunity to
execution with confidence. His approach is grounded in
regulatory understanding, transparent communication, and
protecting investor interests throughout the property

Hamzah Wilson

Managing Partner

Hamzah brings over 15 years of international real estate experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Norway, and
Australia, with a proven track record in high-value transactions, brokerage operations, and property management. His
career spans roles at globally recognised firms, including JLL, where he managed commercial property portfolios, and
leadership positions.
At JLL, one of the world's leading commercial real estate
services firms, Hamzah played a critical role in institutional-
grade asset management, working on premium commercial
properties and collaborating with government entities,
major developers, and corporate clients.
In Dubai, he subsequently led off-plan residential divisions
where he built and scaled sales teams, implemented CRM
and automation systems, and secured partnerships with
major developers. During this period, he identified critical
inefficiencies in how international buyers navigated fast-
moving market fragmented information, delayed responses,
and inconsistent processes often prevented investors from
acting with confidence, particularly on high-value
transactions with tight timelines.
Hamzah's operational expertise extends to managing
premium commercial towers, mixed-use developments, and
large-scale retail environments.
His direct involvement in leasing, tenant relations, and
facilities management across these asset classes gave him
first-hand insight into the operational realities that
determine long-term investment success.
At Ardeenah, he applies this combination of institutional
experience and entrepreneurial execution to create
streamlined, investor-focused processes. His approach
prioritises transparency, responsiveness, and structured
guidance, ensuring clients can evaluate opportunities,
navigate regulatory requirements, and execute transactions
with complete confidence.
Hamzah holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from
Swinburne University and a Diploma in Arabic Language
from King Abdulaziz University.
